Wen helped us buy our first home in San Mateo. I can confidently say that with any other agent, this deal would never have happened. The house that we ended up purchasing required a LOT of extra work on Wen's part in order for it to go through. Throughout the escrow period, the listing agent continued to try ignoring us, but Wen refused to be ignored. She fought for us, and always got questions answered in a timely manner. This often required her repeatedly calling, emailing, and texting multiple points of contact within their brokerage in order to get a response. Ultimately, she helped us score this off-market listing at an outstanding price in a neighborhood that we otherwise could never have afforded. I highly recommend Wen, and am extremely grateful that we worked with her. She fought for us throughout the entire process, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice to hire her.
